Experience the authentic charm of our double-storey villa “LOU SOULEAIS” (sunshine in provençal dialect) : walking distance from the beautiful village of Vence. The traditionally styled house with period stone flooring, historic wooden doors, Provençal beams and spectacular views over the old medieval town, welcomes 8 people.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds + 1 double bed) with a shared family bathroom

1st floor: 1 master en-suite bedroom (queen bed) with a shower room, toilets and two private terraces on both sides – 1 en-suite bedroom (queen bed) with a shower room and a Juliet balcony. The elevated position on these upper terraces gives panoramic views on the beautiful garden, the pool, and the old village of Vence.

Outside, the gorgeous garden has a wealth of mature trees and Mediterranean shrubs, a large private pool, and a ping-pong table. A covered terrace provides shade for long, lazy lunches and dinners, and of course soaking up those amazing views.

Within only a five minute walk you will find bakeries, fruit and veg shops, cafes, a news agent, a large grocery store, takeaway pizza, a pharmacy, and cash machines.
