What do I need to pay and when after booking my holiday house?

A 25 % deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival. If you are booking less than a month before arrival, the full balance will be due at the point of booking.

Breakage deposit

A breakage deposit will be due before key remittance simply by taking a pre authorization print by card ( No debit on your account ) The amount varies per property.
The pre authorization will be fully closed shortly after you leave so long as everything is safe & sound, and matches with the detailed property inventory.

Do you provide bed linen, towels and cleaning?

All of our properties come with bed linen, hand towels, bath towels . Cleaning is provided at the end of the stay. Pool Towels and additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost , just ask.

What time is check-in / check-out?

You can collect your keys from the Pure Azur office anytime from 2pm - 6pm on Saturday. Before arrival, you’ll receive a bespoke information pack on your house to read at your leisure. We’ll pop by later in the day (or later on in the week if you prefer) to check you’ve settled in and answer any questions.
If you can’t make it between 2pm and 6pm to collect your keys let us know so we can plan an alternative together.
Check-out for all our properties is no later than 10am on departure Saturday.

Can I change or cancel my reservation ?

Pure Azur applies the following cancellation policy : less than 2 months before arrival , you will forfeit your deposit , less than 1 month before arrival , the full amount of the rental is payable.
However we will always try to find the best solution to minimize the cancellation consequences of our guests.
