At the first level , you will find 2 large double bedrooms ( including one with its own private balcony from which you can enjoy the spectacular view on the village of Bar sur Loup and the surrounded mountains ) .A further twin bedroom is located at the top floor.
The nicely decorated bathroom can be shared by the double bedrooms , there is also a possibility to use the shower room on the same floor .
Next to it , a TV room has further space for relaxation, or a place for the children to play.

The detached annexe just below the villa,  provides a comfortable fifth bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom , toilets and a direct access to its private terrace
The main house can be rented with or without the annexe .
Outside, the property continues to delight :  the panoramic terrace has a big table with ten seating for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of the mountains. There are covered barbecue area ( gas ) , comfy setties around the lovely shaped pool to complement the outdoor living mode
The large garden is very well maintained and full of Mediterranean plants, flowers, olive trees, and a boules area.
