Holiday Concierge
We aim to provide an experience that offers the best of both worlds – the privacy, space and seclusion of your own holiday home with the personalised touch and luxury of a hotel.
We can provide anything and everything from pre-stocked groceries, fine wines or private chefs through to dinner reservations, or babysitters. Plus we’re on hand to help lighten the load by providing baby essentials, boxes of toys and more. If you need it, we can source it.

Property Concierge
We have developed these services after carefully listening to our Clients. We understand that as well as wanting to be able to start relaxing the minute they walk through the door, our Clients also need support on an ad hoc basis.
From sourcing & installing new appliances, car maintenance services and managing mail & deliveries, through to overseeing a complete interior design or renovation project, we’re on hand to help.
Home improvement project coordination
If you’re planning on undertaking a home improvement project, having someone on-site that can speak the language, coordinate tradespeople and monitor progress is critical.
Pure Azur will be your eyes & ears on the ground and the main conduit of communication between you and your tradesmen. We can help you find the right person for the job, give you regular reports and raise any issues or questions to you immediately. Your project might be updating a bathroom, modernising an interior or building an extension – call us to discuss your needs.
Cleaning, laundry & linen
Pure Azur can oversee all your cleaning and laundry requirements so you can walk out of your home leaving unmade beds and dirty clothes. We will clean your towels and bed linen, plus arrange for clothes to be laundered, dry cleaned and ironed. Everything will be ready for you, your family or your guests on your return. Or, if you need to hire additional bed linen & towels for extra guests we will ensure delivery and collection direct to your property.
If you’re fed up with shopping for loo roll, cleaning products & bin liners, take advantage of our ‘home cleaning essentials’ service, where we will ensure that you are fully stocked for your return.
Mail & deliveries
Our mail collection service provides our clients with peace of mind that someone is checking their post. We can either simply monitor your mail and flag up important letters, or we can scan or forward your post to an lternative address as requested. We can also be available to take deliveries at our offices, or wait in at your property for larger items to arrive.
Appliances: purchase & installation
Pure Azur can take the hassle away from you of sourcing and installing new appliances, fixtures and fittings. We can provide you a shortlist based on your requirements and budget so all you have to do is approve the purchase. We will then arrange for delivery and be there to accept and install the goods.
Car maintenance
If you leave a car at your second home, annual maintenance can be a hassle. We will take this off your shoulders by arranging annual servicing and controle technique (mandatory on French registered cars). We can also arrange to have your car valeted, ready for stress-free driving on your return.
