This charming 240m2 villa was originally the tax collector's office and dates back to around 1850. Totally refurbished in a modern elegant style, the spacious accommodation for 10 people is light and airy with facilities to match. Located just a short stroll from the unspoilt medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, it has a shaded barbecue and patio area, pool, gardens and outstanding views of the coast and sea stretching from Nice to the Esterel. Located where the Alps meet the Mediterranean with views of both and only a short drive from Nice airport, it is ideal for family gatherings and reunions for friends from all over the world.

The villa is beautifully and elegantly furnished and is in excellent condition throughout. The swimming pool measures 11 x 4 metres and is 2.0 metres at the deep end. There is an integral small children’s pool that is 50cms deep. The pool is fitted with an automatic cleaner and electronic ioniser, which is much gentler on the skin than chlorine. It is maintained weekly by our gardener. There are sun loungers and parasols for use by the pool.

There are stunning views of the Cote d’Azur from nearly every window in the house stretching from Nice to the Esterel. There is an ample sized shaded outside eating area with large barbeque and summer kitchen. Parking facilities for 3 or 4 cars.
