Who are Pure Azur?

We are a specialist property business focusing on Tourrettes sur Loup, Vence & St Paul de Vence, and are passionate about providing all of our clients with exceptional levels of service.

We have three areas of expertise: holiday rentals, property management and concierge solutions, for both our holiday guests and property owners.

Sophie Tusynksi and Antoine Gourdon are the founders of Pure Azur and always welcome the chance to chat! Pop by the office for a coffee or give them a call – they’ll be happy to hear from you.

If you rent a house from our holiday rentals collection, you can be confident that we only offer properties which meet our strict criteria, and we personally check each one before making it available. From arrival to departure we're on hand to ensure a fantastic stay.  

Our property management services recognise the challenges our clients face and have been developed to provide complete peace of mind. As a fully registered and accredited business, you can have confidence in the high levels of service we’ll provide.

And finally, our comprehensive concierge solutions are what sets us apart.

Designed for both holiday makers and property owners, our concierge solutions are unique to the area and represent our desire to take away the stresses and strains of planning and organising your holiday or managing your second home.

We are a fully registered and accredited business, which means you can have confidence in the high levels of service we’ll provide.



Holiday Rentals

How do I make a booking?

1.     Choose your dream house
2.     Get in touch with us to confirm availability and prices
3.     Give us your details and we’ll send you a contract – simply sign and email back

What do I need to pay, and when?

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival. If you are booking less than a month before arrival, the full balance will be due at the point of booking.

A breakage deposit (varies by property) will be due before arrival.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes and no! It depends on the time of year.

During high season the minimum rental period is 1 week due to demand, but during other times of the year we can often be flexible to meet your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do I have to rent Saturday to Saturday?

Most houses operate on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however if you have specific requirements please discuss this with us.

Do you provide bed linen, towels and cleaning?

Yes. All of our properties come with bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and pool towels. Cleaning is provided at the end of the stay, although if you want additional cleaning, just ask.

Is there anything special that I need to bring with me?

Facilities for each house vary, and these are listed on each property page. If there’s something specific that you need then please don’t hesitate to ask.

Our concierge services are also on hand to help lighten the load by providing baby essentials, boxes of toys and more. If you need it, we can source it.

What time is check-in / check-out?

You can collect your keys from the Pure Azur office anytime from 2pm - 6pm on Saturday. On arrival, you’ll receive a bespoke information pack on your house to read at your leisure. We’ll pop by later in the day (or later on in the week if you prefer) to check you’ve settled in and answer any questions.

If you can’t make it between 2pm and 6pm to collect your keys let us know so we can plan an alternative together

Check-out for all our properties is no later than 10am on departure Saturday.

How do I get my breakage deposit back?

Your breakage deposit will be fully refunded shortly after you leave so long as everything is safe & sound, and matches with the detailed property inventory.

Do you offer holiday concierge services?

Yes. We offer holiday concierge solutions that are unique to the region and reflect our passion for great service. We aim to provide an experience that offers the best of both worlds – the privacy, space and seclusion of your own holiday home with the personalised touch and luxury of a hotel.

We can provide anything and everything from pre-stocked groceries, fine wines or private chefs through to dinner reservations or babysitters. Plus we’re on hand to help lighten the load by providing baby essentials, boxes of toys and more. If you need it, we can source it.

Are pets welcome?

Most properties are not suitable for pets as indicated on each property’s page. However, if you have a furry friend who also needs a holiday, call us to discuss.
